Q: Do you offer discounts for _____?
A: We offer 20% off for nonprofits and graduate students. Send us a message if you're interested.
Q: Is it loud?
A: We have two areas of the office - the lounge tends to be a bit more chatty and loud, and the desk room tends to be more quiet and focused. Many members work in both rooms, depending on what they're working on.
Q: Is there free parking?
A: We have several parking options. For cars, we have a free lot on the south side of the building that general doesn't fill up before 10am. When that's full, you can use free street parking in the neighborhood to the west. For bikes, we have some indoor bike parking, and there is a bike rack at the west entrance of the building. We're also a quick walk from the bus depot, and the 3 and 4 routes stop near our building.
Q: Who is the internet provider?
A: We have the Comcast Deluxe 75 package.
Q: Can I stay past 5:30pm?
A: Designated Desk members have 24/7 access, everyone else can stay until 5:30 or until the last keyholder leaves, which is often 6pm or later.
Q: Are there events at Cowork?
A: We allow members and non-members to host events at Cowork. We ask that you do not begin setting up until 5:30pm so that our members have their space to work. For members, when there is an event in the lounge, you may move to the "desk side" of the office.
Q: Do you have private offices?
A: Nope, just coworking space. We do have bookable rooms you can use for private calls or small meetings.
Q: Is there a kitchen?
A: We have a small kitchen which has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, water kettle, and sink.
